• The Secret Orchard site gate will be open for guests from 9am on Wednesday 25th of June 2025 until midday on Monday 30th June 2025

• The Secret Orchard is located in a private orchard less than one mile from the festival gates, just a short three minute drive to Bronze Gate and pedestrian gates A & D.

• We have a limited amount of onsite parking. You are able to access your car at anytime and you can leave and  re-enter at no additional cost.

• We cannot offer a pick up service, however Glastonbury Festival provides a shuttle bus from Castle Cary Train Station to the Festival Bus Station.

• There is a taxi rank which is approximately a 5 minute walk from The Red Gate Festival Bus Station (Taxis are unable to pick-up from the Festival Bus Station or on the road outside)

• You will be shown to your accommodation and facilities when checking into reception on site. A crew member will guide you and can help with carrying your luggage.

• You will need a valid ticket to get into the festival site. You will get a pass out ticket when you leave which you must keep and use when re-entering.
• There will be a shuttle service available 24 Hours a day from for a comfy ride to and from Bronze Gate.

• Sorry no, it is the same price no matter how many nights you choose to stay.

• We will do our best to put you on a pitch next to your friends, so that you get a great spot where you can camp together.

• All bookings and payments must be made through our website. We accept card payments via Stripe. We require a deposit or full payment on booking.
• If paying a deposit we require the final balance to be paid by 30th April 2025 Failure to pay the balance by this date will result in the booking being cancelled.

• We will email you a booking confirmation and a booking reference number. Please bring this with you when you check in, check your junk mail and spam and contact us if you cannot find your confirmation.

• Yes there are a number of options available. The final balance is due on 30th April 2025 after this date the full balance will be required for all bookings. Please contact us directly if you have any questions regarding the deposit options, we are always happy to chat through the options available.

• We have a fantastic on site catering team, who will produce a great selection of locally produced food serving breakfast through to late night snacks specialising in locally produced food and drink. 
• We have a licensed bar serving your pre and post festival drinks, including a cocktail bar and a bar serving local ales, lager & cider including cider produced from The Secret Orchard.
• An area to relax, charge your phone and sitting areas.
• Luxury hot showers and flushing deluxe toilets .
• You will have access to our pamper area which are equipped with hairdryers and straighteners, as well as phone charging equipment.
• A pamper parlour and  glitter station to help get you ready for your day/night festival adventures.
• There will be a shuttle service available 24 Hours a day for a comfy ride to and from Bronze Gate.

• Children and babies are more than welcome.
• Infants under 4 years old are free but you will have to provide their own travel cot and bedding.

• The Secret Orchard will be secured with a perimeter fence and with security guards on the gate. However we would ask you not to leave any cash or valuables in, tents or structures when sleeping or unattended.

• Unfortunately we do not offer disabled facilities for 2025 but we hope to have addressed this ready for the following year. 

• Your ‘Secret Orchard’ Booking confirmation and your Festival ticket.
• If you do not have a standard Glastonbury Festival public ticket with a photo you will need ID. Original ID (not photocopies) are required for Sunday tickets, Hospitality tickets, Coach packages, Challenge 21 or children looking older than 12 years old.
• Money and cards.
• Sun hat and sun tan lotion.
• Wellies, waterproofs and boots, just to be sure.
• Spare clothes as well as a warm jumper.
• Any medication and toiletries (medical info if you have any allergies or conditions).
• Torch, phone and phone charger.

• Your pets, sorry much as we love animals we don’t allow pets on site.
• Please don’t bring additional tents or gazebos. Our accommodation is spacious and we offer a great undercover sitting area as well as outside sitting areas that can be used at any time by everyone.
• No sound systems, generators, sky lanterns or kites, fireworks, bangers, laser pens or equipment, wax flares, barbeques or campfires are not allowed on site.
• Please only bring food and drink for personal consumption, if you run out or wish to purchase anything we have a catering service and an on-site Festival Shop that offers all the little extras that you might have forgotten or need.
• Please don’t bring glass bottles, drugs or dangerous substances on site.
• You may be searched at the entrance or onsite and illegal or offensive items confiscated. If you are suspected of carrying out illegal or offensive activities or causing a nuisance to other guests you will be evicted.

• For security reasons we can only admit people who have booked accommodation in the accommodation area.

• Yes there will be a shared area where you will be able to charge your phone. Please bring your charger and do not leave your phone un-attended.
